Jakarta – President Director and CEO of Bakrie & Brothers (BNBR), Anindya Bakrie recognizes the climate crisis become crucial issue where the pollutiom and climate change threats are challenges in various countries.

According to Bakrie, Indonesia must soon innovate not only in industry but also in education. Therefore, the education world needs to adapt, as well as young people today to remain relevant to the current issues.

"As a transformative industrialist on the field of sustainability, I see in the long term, solutions to this problem must go within education," he remarked.

"There must be a science discipline that's mixed with cross-disciplinary generation, among others, green financing, low carbon economic development, and green engineering," he added.

Bakrie also said: "We must prepare young talents with specific capacities to solve climate change problems well, which will in the future create in-demand green jobs worldwide,"

He believes that Indonesia can be a leader in solving the climate problem, "Our country has a tremendous amount of natural riches, both underground, above, and the biodiversity around us,"
