Prabowo Promises Law Enforcement for Women Protection

Jakarta – The Presidential Candidate number 2, Prabowo Subianto promised to ensure the protection of women by enforcing the law.
"We must enforce the law for violence against women and its protection. We must enforce it as hard as possible," Prabowo said in the fifth debate of the 2024 Presidential election, at JCC Senayan, Jakarta, on Sunday.
"We must protect all our people, especially women, from all forms of oppression, violence, exploitation, human trafficking and so on," Prabowo added.
Prabowo also emphasized that he is committed to encouraging non-governmental organizations engaged in the protection of women.

"So I really encourage the powerful possible law enforcement and assistance to non-governmental event institutions, NGOs, NGOs engaged in the protection of women," he remarked.
