List of 2025 Badminton Asia Championships Winners

Jakarta, VIVA – The 2025 Badminton Asia Championships have concluded at the Ningbo Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium in China. Five final matches were held on Sunday (Apr 13).
The first final featured Hong Kong’s mixed doubles pair, Chun Man Tang/Ying Suet Tse, facing off against Japan’s Hiroki Midorikawa/Natsu Saito in a thrilling three-game match.
Tang/Tse took the first game 21-15. Midorikawa/Saito fought back in the second game with a 21-17 win, but ultimately, Tang/Tse sealed the victory in the third game, 21-13, to claim the title.

In the women’s singles final, it was an all-Chinese showdown.
Chen Yu Fei emerged as the champion after defeating Han Yue in three games.
Chen Yu Fei lost the opening game 11-21 but bounced back to win the next two games 21-14 and 21-9.
China also secured the women’s doubles title. Liu Sheng Shu/Tan Ning defeated Japan’s Nami Matsuyama/Chiharu Shida in straight games, 21-15 and 21-19.
Thailand’s Kunlavut Vitidsarn triumphed in the men’s singles final, defeating China’s Lu Guang Zu.
Kunlavut won the first game 21-12, and with an 11-6 lead in the second, Lu Guang Zu was forced to retire, handing the Thai player the championship.
Malaysia’s men’s doubles pair, Aaron Chia/Wooi Yik Soh, also had a reason to celebrate.
They won the title after beating China’s Bo Yang Chen/Yi Liu in straight games, 21-19 and 21-17.
