For information, Isuzu is developing its aftersales service. Isuzu has 163 Bengkel Isuzu Berjalan (BIB), more than 1,500 part shops, Part Depo Palembang and Makassar, 24/7 Service, and 122 Isuzu Partner Workshops (BMI).
Not only that, but Isuzu also presents a digital experience to facilitate consumers which includes; MyIsuzuID, an application that connects consumers with Isuzu Indonesia. Then there is Isuzu Link which is a Fleet Management System and Isuzu Contact Center through phone, Email, and WhatsApp Business.
