VIVA English – The Executive Development Program (EDP) organized by the PPM Management, is launching a new flagship program in 2023 for top management personnel (Board of Directors, Chiefs, Senior Managers) with a focus on finance.

The program, called "Finance for Executives," aims to enhance the financial knowledge of company leaders, including comprehensive strategic accounting, to support decision-making processes.

"In this program, we will discuss how to use financial analysis tools to make decisions, analyze the implications and value-added for the company resulting from strategic decisions, evaluate investment decisions, and increase corporate value," said Desti Delia, Head of EDP, in a press statement.

According to Desti Delia, the learning method is consultative, allowing participants to engage in intensive discussions with a facilitation team led by Alphieza Syam, M.Ak., CMA, Head of Research and Consulting at PPM Management.

Furthermore, Desti Delia, who works at PPM Management on Menteng Raya, Central Jakarta, mentioned that the program also includes sharing sessions to discuss current financial challenges in the business world.

The topics covered during the 2-day program (16 effective hours) include Basic Accounting, Financial Analysis, Value Sources and Free Cash Flow, Risk, Cost of Capital, and Hurdle Rate, Decision-making: Cost-Benefit Analysis, Decision Tree, as well as decision-making analysis tools such as NPV, IRR, and PP.
