The resolution also activates the Islamic Financial Safety Net to provide financial, economic, and humanitarian support to the Palestinian government and UNRWA.
It's known that the OIC Extraordinary Summit on the situation in Gaza will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on November 11, 2023. Initially, two separate summits were to be held consecutively, the Arab League Summit and the OIC Summit.
However, to give a strong message to the world, it was decided to combine the two summits into a joint summit.Â
This summit is crucial to demonstrate the solidity of OIC countries and seek additional efforts to stop Israeli atrocities against Palestinians.
