He stressed that corruption remains one of Indonesia’s biggest challenges. He also reiterated his commitment to ensuring a decent life for all Indonesians and to eliminating poverty.

President Prabowo encouraged the public to report any corrupt behavior by government officials or leaders.

“We're now fighting corruption so that you, the future generation, inherit a strong and sound nation. There must be no poverty in Indonesia, no hunger. Let us unite. Do not hesitate—if you see an official breaking the rules, report it,” the head of state remarked.

He added, “We now have the technology. Every citizen in the villages can use their gadgets. If you have evidence, spread it. Do not tolerate abuse or officials who act arbitrarily."

According to President Prabowo, one of the nation’s biggest weaknesses lies in the mindset and behavior of its elites—especially those in positions of power—who frequently engage in misconduct and corruption.

“Our main weakness, in my opinion, is the attitude and mentality of the nation's elites, particularly those holding important roles as representatives of the people. As Indonesian President, I see continued abuses, corruption, and manipulation happening right within the government and among those in power,” he concluded.
