He explained that for the Trans Java route, the discount applies to major toll roads including Jakarta–Cikampek, MBZ Elevated Toll Road, Palimanan–Kanci (Palikanci), Batang–Semarang, Semarang Section ABC, Surabaya–Gempol, Gempol–Pandaan, and Pandaan–Malang.
Meanwhile, for the Trans Sumatra route, the discount covers the Belawan–Medan–Tanjung Morawa (Belmera) and Medan–Kualanamu–Tebing Tinggi (MKTT) toll roads.
“This initiative aims to support national economic growth in line with the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles,” Purwantono said in a statement.
He added that the discount applies to all vehicle categories and for continuous travel only.
“This toll rate stimulus is expected to ease the financial burden of road users and positively impact the national economy,” he emphasized.
For instance, travelers heading to Central Java from the Cikampek Utama toll gate (Jakarta–Cikampek) to Kalikangkung toll gate (Batang–Semarang) will enjoy discounted rates on the Palikanci, Batang–Semarang, and Semarang ABC sections.
The same applies for the return trip, with discounts on the Palikanci, Batang–Semarang, and the integrated Jakarta–Cikampek and MBZ toll roads.
In East Java, travelers from the Kejapanan Utama toll gate (Surabaya–Gempol) to Singosari toll gate (Pandaan–Malang) and vice versa will receive discounts on Surabaya–Gempol, Gempol–Pandaan, and Pandaan–Malang toll roads.
Meanwhile, in North Sumatra, those traveling from Pangkalan Brandan (Binjai–Langsa) to Sinaksak (Kuala Tanjung–Tebing Tinggi–Parapat) and Kisaran (Indrapura–Kisaran) or vice versa will get toll fee reductions on the Belmera and MKTT routes.
However, discount will not apply if the electronic toll card has insufficient balance or if the vehicle class or entry point cannot be detected.
