Prabowo-Gibran Wear Betawinese Traditional Attire on Inauguration Day

Jakarta, VIVA – The elected President and Vice President for the 2024-2029 term, Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka, will undergo the inauguration process at the MPR/DPR Building in Central Jakarta today (Oct 20).

Prabowo Subianto is wearing Betawinese traditional attireband is accompanied by his son, Didit Hediprasetyo.

Upon stepping out of his vehicle, Prabowo Subianto was immediately greeted by the entire leadership of the Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly (MPR).

Likewise, the elected Vice President, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, has also arrived at the Nusantara Building, Parliamentary Complex, Central Jakarta, wearing Betawinese attire and accompanied by his wife, Selvi Ananda.

As he stepped out of his vehicle, Gibran Rakabuming Raka was also warmly welcomed by the entire leadership of the MPR.

As information, the MPR is holding a plenary session today, for the inauguration of the elected President and Vice President, Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka, for the 2024-2029 term.

A number of events have been arranged leading up to this significant five-year occasion. The inauguration is set to begin at 10:00 AM local time.
